General Policies

All balances must be paid in full 48 hours before delivery. At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise in your home. All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned. On special orders, manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Pickup Information

Our Customer Pickup Location is 353 N. Euclid Way, Anaheim, CA 92801 Suite A.
Purchases on our web site require the purchaser to be present at the time of pickup or delivery to show valid picture ID and the credit card used for order. You will receive a phone call from Web Sales with further instructions regarding your order.

Special Orders

Special Orders are according to a customer's own specifications and requirements. We require 25% deposit to order your furniture. Deposits are non-refundable.
Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We will call you once your furniture arrives in our warehouse. You will need to schedule delivery within 15 days of being notified that your merchandise has arrived in our warehouse. Any order not delivered within 30 days will be subject to cancellation.
The 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged as a restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges

No exchanges or refunds, manufacturer’s warranty ONLY.
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Daniels Home Center as all sales are final, authorized only by the Daniel’s Home Center Manager via email. (not by the sales representative) All returned merchandise must be in the original condition as when purchased. A valid receipt is required. Applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns will be charged to you. Guarantee does not apply to linens, Protect-All protectors, special order items or “AS IS”, Clearance merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as two way shipping charge.
Mattresses are not returnable.
Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.

Daniel's Express Program Return Policy

Merchandise that was shipped via FedEx/UPS may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt at our ANAHEIM LOCATION.

You may not cancel, change quantities, or alter the delivery address once items have been purchased.
Shipping back or dropping off at our Anaheim location will also be at the customer's expense unless refused at time of delivery. Once item(s) are received and processed, refunds are generally issued within ten (10) business day. Daniel’s Express items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

As-Is Merchandise

All as-is merchandise sales are final. Daniel’s Home Center does not accept returns.
*Merchandise sold as-is does not have warranty.

Request Service

If service is required and the customer did not purchase delivery at the time of purchase, he/she will be responsible for all transportation charges.

• Repairs take an average of 2 to 4 weeks.
• Wood scratches after delivery are not covered by warranty.
• Roach infestation in electronics/appliances or Stained mattresses void all warranties.
• Accumulation of stain(s), or damages are NOT covered
• Factory warranty may vary. Please see manual or warranty card for more details.
• Extended warranty does not cover any accessories such as: remote controls (of any kind), batteries, chargers, cables and light bulbs.
• Warranty is voided if electronic units are tampered with, altered, deconstructed, or if serial numbers have been removed or scratched off.
• The mattress cover provided as part of the Five-Year Mattress Protection Plan, must remain in place and intact. Removal or tampering of mattress cover will void the Five-Year Mattress Protection Plan warranty.
• Customer agrees and understands he/she has reviewed and accepted Daniel’s Home Center’s Installation Policy” on appliances. Customer certifies she/he has received the brochure “Appliance Basic Installation” • Customer MUST report all damages within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Cancellations

All sales delivered, undelivered, picked up or not are final and they cannot be cancelled
Last One, As Is merchandise are not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours and all sales are final. No exceptions.
No cancellations on layaway or special orders. Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances once Daniel’s Home Center has placed the order with the manufacturer. Customer is required to pay the balance of the purchase price agreed upon and arrange for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise within 7 days from notification to Customer that the merchandise is available for pick-up or delivery. Customer’s failure to do so shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the entire amount owned for such merchandise.

Online Orders

To cancel an online order, customer needs to confirm cancellation before pick up or delivery. You must notify confirmation within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will issue and will be reflected in bank account within 3-5 business days.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by Daniels Home Center, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Daniels Home Center is higher than our stated price.

Delivery

We cannot accommodate specific time requests. Please choose a day that will allow you the most flexibility. We can call you at work, call a friend, relative, or neighbor to meet the drivers at your home. For your convenience, we will call you the night before your delivery with an estimated 4-hour time frame. Please keep in mind that we are an all day delivery service and that the time frame is merely an estimate.
Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Daniel’s Home Center cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer’s order. Failure to deliver the merchandise by estimated delivery date will not give Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of Daniel’s Home Center
