As-Is Merchandise

Q: Is as-is merchandise warranted?

No, as-is merchandise is sold without a warranty. As-is merchandise includes accessories, floor models, and clearance items.

 

 

Delivery

Q: Do you deliver outside of California?

A: Yes. Currently Daniel’s Home Center delivers to all of San Diego County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County and Orange County. We deliver to most locations within the San Diego and Los Angeles Metro areas but not outside of the State of California. Please call if you have further questions.

Q: Does my delivery include assembly?

A: Most items include assembly. Those items that do not include assembly will be labeled as "assembly required" on our showroom floors.

Q: What tools do I need to assemble furniture?

A: Generally, assembly requires common household tools such as a Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, tape measure, or wrench. Refer to assembly instructions for specific tools.

Q: Do I have to wait at home all day for delivery?

A: We cannot accommodate specific time requests. Please choose a day that will allow you the most flexibility. We can call you at work, call a friend, relative, or neighbor to meet the drivers at your home. For your convenience, we will call you the night before your delivery with an estimated 4-hour timeframe. Please keep in mind that we are an all day delivery service and that the timeframe is merely an estimate.

Q: Can I get a time frame for delivery?

A: You will receive an email the night before delivery with your timeframe. If you do not receive an email, please call 866-633-4094 [OPTION 2] after 9:30 PM the day before delivery. Delivery is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00am - midnight.

Q: Can you text me when my delivery is on the way?

A: We will text you the night before delivery so that you can confirm your delivery time. You will also get an automated call when the delivery is on its way to your address.

Q: What if I miss my scheduled delivery?

A: Please notify the delivery department of any changes at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

Q: Can I return my furniture?

A: You may change your mind before delivery for any reason. Merchandise cannot be returned once you have accepted delivery.

 

Service

Q: Can I order an extra leaf for my table?

 

A: We cannot sell a table leaf separately from the table. Each leaf is cut when the table is made; therefore additional leaves are not available.

Q: Where can I find the dimensions of a piece of furniture?

Q: What is the difference between California and Eastern King bedding?

Eastern King- 76" wide x 80" long
California King- 72" wide x 84" long

Q: What is a ridge or hump in the middle of my mattress?

A: Mattresses manufactured today use greater amounts of filling materials such as cotton, foam, wool, and silk. The ridge in the center is a result of the filling materials compressing in the independent sleeping areas of each partner.
