How can I file a warranty claim?

What is the difference between the Daniel’s Care Manufacturer Warranty and the 5-Year Warranty provided by Guardian?

The Daniel’s Care Manufacturer’s Warranty protects against defects in craftsmanship of the merchandise for a predetermined amount of time.
The 5-year Warranty by Guardian protects your purchase against accidents and household stains.

How to file a claim?

If you purchased the Guardian Accidental Protection Program and provided a valid email address at the time of purchase, you will receive your plan documents at that email address. Please allow 14 business days from date of delivery. If you do not receive them, please contact Guardian to update your email address.

Do you offer In-Home Service?

In-home service is provided if the delivery was paid on your original purchase. This only applies within the first year of purchase.
If technician determines that he can service the unit at the time of the visit, he will service the unit. However, if unit cannot be serviced in-home and the claim is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty we will transport your merchandise to the nearest Service Center.
If you did not purchase delivery on your original order, Daniel’s Home Center offers an in-home evaluation for a nominal fee.
If the claim is not covered under the manufactures warranty, Daniel’s Home Center may still offer service. However, parts and labor charges do apply and are your responsibility.

 

Can I bring my merchandise in for service?

Yes, you can bring the merchandise if you did not pay for delivery. Please call to verify the warranty information before bringing your item to customer service. (Put address)
 If you did not purchase delivery on your original order, Daniel’s Home Center offers an in-home evaluation for a nominal fee.
If the claim is covered under the manufactures warranty, parts and labor are offered at no charge to you within the first year of ownership.
If the claim is not covered under the manufactures warranty, Daniel’s Home Center may still offer service. However, parts and labor charges do apply and are your responsibility.
Daniel’s Home Center may offer a pick-up of the merchandise for a fee.
