All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.
Clearance Merchandise is sold as-is. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service.
We ensure the manufacture repairs any defects in craftsmanship, including parts and labor.
Fabrics–fading or wearability
Electrical components (other than motors)
Normal body impressions in mattresses
All Clearance (As-Is) merchandise
Damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use
Damages or defects not reported within 5 days
We are not responsible for service items left at our facility for over 30 days.
